At Fleuiris, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
•You received a damaged product.
•You received the wrong product.
•Your order is incomplete or contains missing items.
Important Notice
Please record a complete unboxing video before opening your parcel.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any refund, replacement, or damage claim.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
Claim Period
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
•Your Order Number
•Complete Unboxing Video
Refunds
If your claim is approved after verification:
•A full refund may be issued, or
•A replacement product will be sent, depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
•Opened or used perfumes.
•Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
•Change of mind or personal fragrance preference.
•Claims made without a complete unboxing video.
•Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
